Dreams and Things

I was a science teacher for 40 years. The last 20 years was at a public school (White Swan High School) located in the middle of the Yakima Indian Reservation where 50% of the students are Native American. My art was influenced by the experiences I had learning their culture. These are original works of art.

West Coast Style

This form of art is satisfying to make because of the complex patterns and ideas that are being expressed. Usually done in red and black there is something that touches the soul. There are 7 Native American tribes from Washington State to Alaska that have used this form of art to express their culture.
All of these works are original done in the west coast style.
